Hi, I’m Umbrella. I am very lucky to be alive. I was rescued from a kill shelter just in the kick of time. I came to SBACC, was spayed and had surgery on my eye and then went to a foster home for a while. I am an affectionate and sweet and playful kitten who likes to sit on laps but the first shelter thought that no one would want to adopt me because I lost one of my eyes. It’s really not a big deal and SBACC has had other cats and kittens just like me who have been adopted. I can do everything other kittens do and I love people and pets and cuddling. I am pretty feisty and independent and I liked the dogs and cats in my foster home. I am hoping for a forever home with a Mom or Dad or a family who will have lots of time for me and who will be able to overlook my little flaw and see me for what I really am, a sweet little kitten with lots of love to give.
