Dogs
Monday, Wednesday & Friday from 1 pm to 5 pm
Tuesday & Thursday from 2 pm to 4 pm
Saturday & Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm
Cats
Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday & Sunday from 1:30 pm to 5 pm
Tuesday & Thursday from 2 pm to 4 pm

Note: If you are a Seal Beach resident and have found a stray cat or dog in Seal Beach, please call the Seal Beach Police Department Animal Control Office (562) 594-7232 for pick up and transport.
The Seal Beach Animal Care Center is not able to take in feral or aggressive cats and kittens that cannot be handled, nor do we have an in-house Trap, Neuter & Release (TNR) program. We will loan humane traps with a refundable deposit and offer vouchers to help offset the cost of spaying or neutering the cats/kittens, but will not take them into the shelter or get involved in their subsequent release.
