At only 3-months-old, she has quite a bit to learn and can’t wait to explore. Elsie gets into everything and would chew your fingers all day if you let her! She needs a home that will teach her manners, but also let her be a silly puppy and live her best life. Since she is such a young girl, Elsie cannot be left alone for long hours and needs someone who will be home and able to give her the attention she needs.
