Hi, I’m Melon. My four sibs and I were four weeks old when we were rescued by an SBACC employee. We were in some bushes at Golden West College and our Mama was nowhere to be found. We were scared and hungry and the nice woman who rescued us took us home and took care of us until we were healthy and then found homes for three of us but not for me and my sister Margarita. We all met a little dog that we liked to cuddle with in that home. Margarita and I went to another home when we were seven weeks old to get a little bigger and now we’re ready for our forever homes. I am a very playful and inquisitive kitty. I like to search every nook and corner of a room usually carrying a felt mouse in my mouth so my playmates won’t steal it. I love people company and will usually roll over for tummy rubs when someone comes into the room. I must have another kitten or young cat in my forever home. I’m with Margarita in one of the pics and at dinner with her and some of my other roommates in another.
