Hi, I’m Uma. My three littermates and I were trying to hide at the dumpsters in Leisure World when we were rescued and brought to SBACC. We were nine weeks old and very scared since we had not had contact with people before. My brother, Universe, and I went to a foster home where we got lots of attention and TLC and got way more comfortable with people. My foster family called me Stella and this is what they had to say about me. “Stella is a shy, petite little girl who warms up to you when you pet her. Although she’s mostly gray, she has a cute diamond-shaped white patch on her chest, that she’ll let you see once she’s comfortable. Once you start petting her, she’s got quite a loud motor as well. My sister, Umbrella, and I have become buddies and it would be great if we could go home together. That’s the two of us in two of the photos.
