Nutmeg came in to us as a stray, so we don’t have much information on her background. However, the people who found Nutmeg, and her buddy Ebony, took them home for a few days while trying to find their owners. They had cats, and both girls wanted to play with the cats, but were way too rough for them. The girls were brought to us, but nobody came to claim them during their stray hold. So now they are up for adoption!
Nutmeg is an incredibly friendly girl who loves to play and get affection from the volunteers. Still very puppy like, she does not quite know her size and strength yet. Nutmeg does settle down and come in for cuddles. She’s very affectionate and will just lean into you and soak up all the love she can. You get the best of both worlds with this girl. She has enough energy to keep up on adventures, or during play time, but then is ready to cuddle up on the couch for a movie!
