Hi, I’m Poppy. I only weighed six ounces when I was rescued from the backyard of a house. I was in rough shape and looked to be only about a week old, but was actually about more like 2-3 weeks old and very malnourished. I was so weak I could barely move. My foster Mom bottle fed me and gave me lots of TLC, and I started to perk up and get stronger. After a week, she got another orphaned kitten just about my size who was also gray and white and looked just like me. She was named Rain, and we became sisters. Once we were a little bigger, we started to run and chase and play and have lots of fun. I am a very sweet, friendly girl. I love to be picked up and held, and I’m definitely a lap kitty. I am now ready for my forever home. My foster mom says I need to go with another kitten, and I’m hoping it will be my adopted sister Rain.
