Aldo’s Story
We found this sweet boy in February in Lakewood near LaPalma. He spent a week at SEAACA but no one claimed him and when his hold was up we went back to get him.
He is a loveable goof whose favorite thing is hanging out where his people are. He is a natural house hippo, but enjoys leisurely walks, a few ball chases, car rides and cuddling.
Aldo is house trained, crate trained and leash trained. He is a big boy (80 lbs) so experience with bigger dogs is a good thing because sometimes he needs some reinforcement of his training.
He appears to be a pointer-lab mix, is about 2 years old, is up to date on his vaccinations, neutered and microchipped.
He would do best in a home without cats (he wants to chase). He is dog selective, so it may work with another dog with the proper introduction. He has a hard time with the personal space concept so that can easily annoy other dogs.
Wherever Aldo came from, it is clear he was loved, so that is what he seeks. He wants to be pet, to be talked to, to be played with and most of all to be loved.
If you would like to meet him, please reach out. We are asking for a $100 adoption fee to ensure serious inquiries. Thank you.
