Tabasco came to us as a three-year-old in 2009. He was adopted and had a home for three years, but was sadly returned in terrible shape when his Dad passed away and his wife kicked Tabasco out of the house. Thankfully, the adult son found him and brought him back to us. He never really recovered 100%, and was adopted again a few years later, but his medical issues were too much for his adopter, and he came back again. Tabasco was a big, friendly boy who chirped whole sentences, purred instantly, and loved cuddles & belly rubs – he actually seemed content to live out his last years with us. He was always the first to chirp a greeting and lie down on the warm quilt the volunteers put on the floor each night! Tabasco was a volunteer and staff favorite and will be missed forever. Rest well, sweet boy!
