Adoption Policies
Please read the following SBACC policies before filling out this cat adoption application.
- Adopters must be at least 18 years of age.
- Adopters must have legal photo identification.
- Adopters who rent their homes will need to state the pet policy for their home or apartment, including any requirement for a deposit or additional rent.
- If an adopter has a roommate or lives with his/her parents, we must get an OK from the roommate or parent for the adoption.
- Adopters must be willing and able to spend the time and money to provide proper care and medical treatment for their cat.
