Cat Adoption Application Adoption Policies Please read the following SBACC policies before filling out this cat adoption application. Adopters must be at least 18 years of age. Adopters must have legal photo identification. Adopters who rent their homes will need to state the pet policy for their home or apartment, including any requirement for a deposit or additional rent. If an adopter has a roommate or lives with his/her parents, we must get an OK from the roommate or parent for the adoption.
