Bear is a handsome 1 & 1/2 year old “Sheepadoodle”. So he is part Old English Sheepdog and Poodle, which means his coat will take a lot of grooming and at home maintenance.
He is a very loving boy who came to us through no fault of his own. Bear is playful, affectionate, and oh so smart. He knows some commands such as sit, down, shake, and knows how to walk on a gentle leader. Unfortunately he had some deep matting that we couldn’t get through, so he had to be shaved down. We know he is much more comfortable now, and his hair will grow quickly. However, he is a dog that needs grooming every 6-8 weeks, 10 at the very least.
Bear loves everyone he meets, and loves to play with other dogs. He is a vocal player, so sometimes it takes the other dog a minute to catch on that he is trying to play.
He is a great boy, that will make a great addition to a home.
