Hi, I’m Honey. My three siblings and I were born in a woman’s yard. When we were two days old, she scooped us all up and brought us to SBACC along with our Mama, Hazel. We then went to a foster home. That same night, a friend of our foster Mom found two kittens, who were also two days old. She brought them to our foster Mom’s home, and Hazel accepted them as if they were her own. We became a family of six. Our foster Mom made sure we were all warm, comfortable, and very loved. She took extra special care of Hazel, so she could take care of us. We were able to grow up feeling safe, nurtured, and protected. My foster Mom says that I’m gentle, calm, sweet, and very affectionate. I may be a little shy at first, but I get more confident every day. I love to spend hours running, chasing, and wrestling with my siblings. I love to explore new things and find enjoyment in everything. When it’s time to rest, I love to snuggle with my siblings or cuddle in my foster Mom’s lap. I am a definite lap kitten. Because I am a little shy, I will do best with another kitten or young cat in my forever home.
