Hi, I’m Irene. My five sibs and I were rescued off the street when we were three months old. We were dirty, had fleas and worms, and were very scared. We got baths and flea treatment and then went to a foster home where we were treated for worms and given lots of good food and TLC. We are now in tip-top condition and ready for our forever homes. I’m the petite one in my litter. I’m very confident and friendly, and I’ll come up to you for attention and pets. I’ll also purr when you hold me. I love to play with my sibs, but have an independent streak too. I’m not as wild as some of my sibs, but I do like to play with them. My foster home had dogs, and I saw them through the glass door and was intrigued. I might be fine with a dog in my forever home, and I might be OK as an only kitten, but I think I’d be happiest with another kitten for a playmate. That’s my brother, Istanbul, with me in one pic. He has found his forever home, but I’m still waiting!
