Hi, I’m Duchess. I was all alone and hiding under a car when I was rescued. I was only three weeks old and was scared and dirty in pretty bad shape, with tons of fleas, a runny nose, and goopy eyes. I came to SBACC, where I was all cleaned up, and then I went to a foster home. My foster home had some grown-up cats, and after about a month, another kitten, just about my age, came to join me. She had also been found all alone. We played and cuddled together, and also with the older cats. I’m shy in new places and with new people, but once I warm up, I enjoy being held and cuddled. I also have lots of energy, so having another kitten or young cat in my forever home would be ideal.
