Hi, I’m Frodo. I was six weeks old when I was rescued from a backyard with a severely injured hind leg. I came to SBACC and was immediately taken to an emergency vet. Sadly, my leg couldn’t be saved, and I had an amputation. After some recovery time at SBACC, I went to a foster home. I was pretty shy when I first got there, but I warmed up quickly and was soon running around and playing just like any other kitten. I got along well with my foster’s other cats. I’m fine with being held and snuggled, and sometimes will sleep next to you. I’m still a little shy around new things, and loud noises scare me, so a very active household might be too much for me. I would probably do better if I had another kitten buddy with me, but I could be fine as an only cat if I get plenty of attention. I’m all recovered from my surgery now and have adjusted pretty quickly to being a tripod. Despite all I have been through, I’m still a playful and affectionate kitten who’s looking for a forever home.
