Hi, I’m Haley. My sister Heidi and I came to SBACC when we were just three weeks old. We were found under a house and our Mama was nowhere to be found. We have spent a lot of time in foster homes, where we learned how to play and just be kittens! I hid for a while, but after that, I felt comfortable and became a lap kitty. When I’m not snoozing in someone’s lap, I’m playing and looking at birds out of the window. I love wand toys and will just stare at where they are kept until my foster mom figures out what I want. With the wand toy, I’ve been known to do somersaults, sometimes five times in a row! I am very gentle when playing with my foster mom, and I never bite or scratch. I also really like iPads and “help” my foster mom with her work all of the time! Just when we were ready for our forever homes we came down with ringworm. It took a long time to go away but it’s now finally gone and I’m ready for my forever home. I may be shy when I first meet you, but given a little time, I’ll warm right up and become a lap cat. My sister had some medical issues and had to have surgery but she’s all recovered now and ready for her forever home too. It would be great if we could go together.
