Hi, I’m Hunter. My three siblings and I were born in a woman’s yard. When we were two days old, she scooped us all up and brought us to SBACC along with our Mama, Hazel. We then went to a foster home. That same night, a friend of our foster Mom found two kittens, who were also two days old. She brought them to our foster Mom’s home, and Hazel accepted them as if they were her own. We became a family of six. Our foster Mom made sure we were all warm, comfortable, and very loved. She took extra special care of Hazel so that she could take care of us. We were able to grow up feeling safe, nurtured, and protected. I’m the explorer in my family. If there is something new, fun, or a toy, I will find it. I also love to run, play, and chase my siblings. When it is time to rest, my favorite place is cuddling with my foster Mom. She calls me her cuddle buddy. Sometimes I meow to be petted until she sits down, so I can snuggle on her lap. I am confident, playful, sweet, and very affectionate. I would love to go home with another kitten (a sibling would be extra special) or another young cat in the home, because I do love to play.
