Hi, I’m Mia. My four siblings and I were born and raised in a home until we were three months old. When our family couldn’t find forever homes for us, they brought us to SBACC. We were all checked out and found to be healthy except for a nasty intestinal parasite that took weeks to get rid of. I was the only one with a more serious problem. Turns out I had a tumor growing on one side of my jaw. It’s called an odontoma and fortunately is benign . It had teeth and other strange things in it. I stayed in my foster home and had surgery but they couldn’t remove all of it so I still need more surgery. Despite all this, the wonderful couple who adopted 2 of my brothers decided they wanted me too so I have found my forever home with them. I really am a lucky kitty. I’m with 3 of my littermates in one pic and I will be with 2 of them again!
