Hi, I’m Ube. I was rescued from an overcrowded shelter when I was only one week old. I came to SBACC and then went to a foster home where I was bottle-fed and given lots of TLC. My foster Mom says I’m a purr baby, just look at me and I’ll start purring. My foster home had two other kittens who I grew up with. We don’t like being left alone and love to have company, human or feline. We get very excited and will rush to the door when our foster Mom comes to see us. We like to explore anything new and love to play and are gentle when we play. We’re not real needy and are easy to handle and pick up. I like to sit next to our foster Mom and watch TV. Our nails grow really fast and are really sharp so you will have to clip them often. We haven’t been around dogs or little children but we got along fine with the older cats in our foster home. I’m hoping to find a forever home real soon. It would be great if I could go with another kitten but I will probably be fine as an only kitten as long as I have lots of time with my person.
