Hi, I’m Ureka. I was rescued from the street by a kind woman who had way more cats and kittens than she could care for and reached out to SBACC for help. Eight of us came to SBACC when we were eight weeks old and all went to a foster home together. A lot of us look alike so we may be related, maybe even littermates. We were malnourished and at first, were a bit shy but we all became friendly, sweet, and playful kitties! We each have our own personality and our foster mom says each of us will make a wonderful companion. I join in all the chases and wrestling matches but since I’m a little bigger than the others I try to be gentle. I’m very sweet-natured and enjoy lap time when I’m tired. We all hope to find homes in pairs, but if not, we must have a young cat or kitten in our forever home. I’m with Tickles in one of the pics and at dinner with all seven of my sibs in another.
