Hi, I’m Onyx but my name was Ernie when I was a kitten. My three littermates and I were rescued from the street when we were five weeks old. We came to SBACC and then went to a foster home where we got lots of love along with good food and tons of toys to play with. My foster Mom called me Monkey because I love to climb. I’m also an escape artist and would climb right over a gate. I’m fun-loving, curious, and have tons of energy. My favorite toys are stuffed mice and soft puff balls. Although I’m very playful, I’m also a love bug who loves to be held and cuddled and sit on laps. I was adopted with my brother, Ethan, who is now Smoke, and we had a home for about three months but our Dad turned out to be allergic to us and had to bring us back. We were all very sad. I’m hoping that Smoke and I can find another home together real soon. I’m with him in one of our baby pics and with him again in a new pic.
