Hi, I’m Patches. I originally came to SBACC as a three-week-old kitten and was adopted by a retired couple when I was three months old. I had a home until my Dad passed away when I was four years old. I miss him so much. My Mom had to move in with her daughter who is allergic to cats so I had to come back to SBACC. My Mom and I were both very sad and I’m having a hard time getting used to being at a shelter after having a home for all that time. I am shy but friendly and like pets, especially under my chin. Once I get to know you I will probably be a lap cat. Loud noises scare me so I need a quiet home, one without dogs or little children. I think I would be happiest as an only pet.
