Hi, I’m Picika (pea-see-ka). My name means small or tiny in Hungarian. I originally came to SBACC as a tiny kitten, just 3-4 weeks old, and was adopted when I was six months old and had a home for over seven years. I started out as an only cat but after a few years, my Mom got two other cats. I wasn’t happy about it and I wasn’t nice to them. Mom put up with that for a long time but finally decided that I really would do best as an only cat and she brought me back to SBACC. She says that I am a very good cat but need a home where I will be the Queen. I am a talker and always followed Mom around, even to the bathroom, and would greet her when she came home. I also slept with her and enjoyed her lap. I love to be brushed and I still like to play and chase things. I have a favorite toy, Mom called it my Baby. It’s a large red-feathered bird that I like to carry around. I will run and hide when strangers come to visit and I’m not a fan of little kids but really loved my Mom. I have lots of love to give and am hoping for another home where I will be a spoiled and pampered only cat.
