We recently found out that our son is allergic to them, and unfortunately we can’t keep them in the house anymore. This has been really hard for us because we’ve had them for years, and we never thought we would be in a situation where we had to give them up.
Minnie is 8 years old. She is a calm, quiet cat. She loves to sleep and relax most of the day. She is shy and skittish at first, especially around new people, but once she gets comfortable, she is really sweet. She is very vocal and likes to give headbutts when she wants attention.
I think Minnie would probably do best in a quieter home, maybe even as the only pet. She has lived with Beerus for years, but even with him it took her a while to get used to having another cat around. She is
litter-box trained, spayed, and microchipped. She is not currently up to date on her vaccines, but she has no known health problems.
Beerus (more white on face) is 7 years old. He has a lot more energy and loves to play, but he can also be really loving. Often, he will randomly come over and lie on your lap. He has been around Minnie since he was a baby, but we honestly don’t know how he would do around other cats or dogs.
Beerus would probably be better in a home with older kids because sometimes when he gets too excited or overstimulated, he may nibble or swipe. He understands “sit,” is litter-box trained, and is neutered. He is also not currently up to date on his vaccines, but he has no known health problems.
They can go together or separately. Of course, we would love for them to stay together, but more than anything, we want them both to end up in the right home with people who will take care of them and treat them like family.
