Hi, I’m Manxi. I was abandoned in the parking lot of a medical building and rescued by a kind woman who worked there. She took me to a city shelter to be checked for a microchip and found that I had one, but had no luck contacting my original owner. The city shelter wouldn’t take me, and not wanting to put me back out on the street, she called a friend who volunteered at SBACC and brought me there. I’m a friendly girl and would love to spend the rest of my senior years in a loving home. In case you’re wondering about my name, I’m a Manx, a tailless breed of cat.
